About the Exhibition
Beginning on December 10th, a group of enthusiastic Riverview teenagers took part in a series of Sunday sessions guided by the talented Ji Hyang Ryu.
These young minds participated in 5-6 immersive gatherings where they joined forces to to create a vibrant mural depicting their aspirations, concerns, and hopes for a planet in the throes of environmental change. These sessions unfolded in Ji Hyang Ryu’s studio, offering participants a nurturing space to express their creativity.
In addition to the central mural, seasoned adult artists have also contributed artworks that complement and enrich the exhibition’s narrative.
This exhibition is more than a display of contemporary art. It is a testament to the profound impact of youthful expression on addressing global issues.
This exhibition will run throughout February 2024, with the grand opening taking place on February 3rd.
