Join us in Fredericton or virtually on Nov. 26 from 3:30 p.m.-6 p.m.

We hope you can join us on Saturday, Nov. 26 for our 53rd Annual General Meeting.

The meeting takes place both in person and online. We are gathering in the auditorium of the Charlotte Street Arts Centre (732 Charlotte St., Fredericton) from 3:30 p.m. to 6 p.m. Refreshments will be served. A zoom invite will be provided to those who prefer to join us online.

Come hear from our dedicated team about their work to better protect New Brunswick’s beautiful natural environment and advance sustainable communities.

Please register below and indicate whether you plan to attend in person or online.

All are welcome but you must be a current member to vote during the business meeting. We invite supporters, volunteers and those curious about the Conservation Council to join us!

How will the virtual meeting work?

We have a secure account with the video conferencing company Zoom. Our team, volunteers and Board of Directors have used Zoom to meet virtually since the beginning of the pandemic. All of our meetings are password protected and we use the additional safety feature of a ‘waiting room’ to make sure our meetings are secure.

When you register for the AGM and indicate you’ll be attending virtually, you will receive an email from us in the days leading up to the event with the meeting details and simple instructions on how to participate, along with the full AGM agenda package (minutes, auditors report, etc.). If you don’t have reliable internet access or are unable to join the meeting via desktop computer, laptop or smartphone, you can still attend by calling in to the meeting with the toll-free number we’ll provide in the invitation.

Thank you, and we look forward to seeing you on Nov. 26!
