Amazing humpback whale breaching the Bay of Fundy!

Yesterday we were sent this spectacular video of a humpback whale breaching the surface of the Bay of Fundy from Toronto resident Sandy Seliga. Sandy was vacationing in Atlantic Canada and had whale watching on her bucket list — safe to say she can check that item off her list after a sighting like this!

The video has gone viral, with more than 70,000 views and nearly 2,000 shares in less than a day! It’s been featured on the website of The Weather Network, CBC National,  ABC in LA, UK media, RT.com, and many more across the globe!

We are so thrilled to see the Bay of Fundy and its magnificent whales get this incredible exposure! Moments like the one captured in this video are what motivates us to continue the marine conservation work we do.

Our deepest thanks to Sandy Seliga of Toronto for sending us this spectacular video — we hope she makes the Bay of Fundy a regular vacation destination!
