In 2012, the federal government changed the way pipeline projects are reviewed, and part of that involved putting up more hoops that folks like you and I have to jump through in order to offer our input. Yes, at times slogging through the National Energy Board’s process can feel about as thick and gooped-up as the bitumen TransCanada is trying to push through this pipeline proposal!
We want to make sure New Brunswickers who will be affected by this project understand that they do have a say.
